§ 90-130. Issuance.

Upon the filing of the application for a permit under this division in due form and of the bond provided for in section 90-129, the City Engineer shall direct the Clerk-Treasurer to issue to the applicant the required permit. Such permits shall set forth the place and nature of the excavation to be made and shall be numbered consecutively. The Clerk-Treasurer shall keep a full and complete record of all permits issued, showing the number, date, to whom issued and the location and nature of the work covered.
