§ 6-46. Duplicate tags.

In case the Clerk-Treasurer, after careful inquiry, is satisfied that any tag, as contemplated by this division, shall have been lost, he shall upon application of the owner of the dog and the payment of a fee therefor issue to such owner a duplicate tag, and the fee for such duplicate shall be put into the general fund of the city.
