§ 6-42. Application and fee.

Every person owning, keeping, or harboring any dog shall, on or before January 1st of each year, apply for a license and have such dog registered in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer together with full description of the breed, sex, size, color and weight of the dog and shall pay a fee to the City Clerk-Treasurer for such dog.
