§ 1-16. Establishment of fees, licenses, permits and other charges; review to include fines.

(a)

Fees, licenses, permits and other charges under this Code shall be in the amounts established by the Board of Public Works and Safety, and approved by the Common Council.

(b)

All fees, licenses, permits and other charges existing on the effective date of this Code shall continue in effect until changed by the Board of Public Works and Safety, and approved by the Common Council.

(c)

The Clerk-Treasurer shall establish a schedule of fines, fees and permits/licenses, which shall be reviewed annually by the Board of Public Works and Safety, and approved by the Common Council.
