§ 14-72. Identification badge or ticket.

The Clerk-Treasurer shall issue an identification badge or ticket to the applicant indicating his license number, which identification badge or ticket shall be displayed on the person of the peddler or door-to-door salesperson when the door-to-door salesperson is making house-to-house calls. Failure to display the badge or identification shall be unlawful.
