§ 10-356. Maximum height generally.

It shall be unlawful except as hereinafter provided for any person to construct or maintain any fence of any kind within the city of a height greater than six feet from the natural level of the ground; provided that this height limitation shall not apply to open woven wire fences erected by any park board, recreation commission, or any church, school or other institutional authority within the city.
