§ 106-52. Transfer.

It is unlawful to transfer any taxicab permit; provided, that if a present permit holder sells the entire taxicab business and all of his taxicabs, the taxicab permits of such seller shall be transferred to the purchaser if such purchaser is otherwise qualified. The purchaser in such case shall pay to the city a fee upon the transfer of the permit connected with the business purchased.
